Club Sliders
These Ham and Turkey Club Sliders are the best thing since sliced bread! At least I think so. But one bite and these will be your new go to party appetizer. Ready in less than 10 minutes and easily customizable.
Club Sliders Recipe
When prepping for a party I always think about what finger food or easy snack I want to serve. Depending on the time of day, you can’t go wrong with finger sandwiches or sliders.
Why not do a mini version of a lunch menu staple, the classic club sandwich. Making mini versions is one of my favorite things if you didn’t already know 🙂
These are different than the other sliders that I have shared. Namely these are served cold and not baked after being brushed with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
I mean, I love those melty cheese sliders but these are more of a cold cut sub sandwich but in smaller form. Which makes them perfect for a game day celebration when the temperature is still too hot to grill when you tailgate.

Ingredient Notes
- Rolls – King Hawaiian rolls or slider rolls or mini buns work great!
- Ham – Use a classic deli him like honey glazed. I prefer thinly sliced meats for these.
- Turkey – I like the honey glazed or even the cracked pepper turkey for a little kick.
- Mustard – Old fashioned yellow mustard or try whole grain mustard, spicy brown, or dijon mustard, etc.

How To Make Club Sliders
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prep a large baking sheet or 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray or aluminum foil. Cut the slider buns in half, creating a top and bottom portion.
- Brush the uncut side of the buns with melted butter. Place uncut side up on baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the buns are toasted well and lightly golden brown.
- When done, add mayo and mustard to the bottom portion of the sliders.
- Layer on lettuce, tomato. Top with slices of ham and turkey.
- Add slices of crispy cooked bacon and cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with bun tops. Serve immediately by cutting away slider squares.

How long do they last?
Since most of the ingredients are cold, they will last a few hours if they are not eaten first. If you have leftovers, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or other airtight container and store them in the fridge.
They will keep for 1-2 days. The lettuce and tomato may become soggy or watery so if you have to store them, I would remove them and then add fresh when ready to enjoy.
Can I make them ahead of time?
You can certainly prep and assemble the club sliders ahead of time. You can always leave off the mayo and mustard and serve them on the side when ready to enjoy.
I find that a thin layer of mayo on the bread keeps the rest of the ingredients from making the bread soggy.
Additional Toppings
- Pickled red onion
- Barbecue sauce
- Swiss cheese
- Mississippi Comeback sauce
- Pepperoncini peppers
The best thing about these is that the sky is the limit when it comes to toppings. I like to sometimes use ranch dressing or even a simple chip dip as a spread instead of the mayo and mustard.
A spicy bang bang sauce is delicious on these too!

Tapas Tips & Tricks
- I prefer actual bacon slices to crumbled bacon or bacon bits.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the rolls into individual sliders once layered.
- Don’t want to assemble? Set up all the ingredients on trays and make a slider bar!
- You can always toast the slider buns on a large skillet or flat surface over medium heat.
