How long do they last?

If you happen to have any leftovers, store them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

To reheat, pop back in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp them back up.

Are chips in the air fryer healthy?

Like all vegetables cooked in the air fryer, they are much healthier because you are not using all the extra oil required for deep frying.

What is the best air fryer for chips?

I have had this air fryer for a few years now and love it! You can put the basket in the dishwasher and it’s big enough to hold enough for the whole family. Plus it makes great chips!

How do you cook zucchini so it doesn’t get mushy?

Zucchini has a lot of water in it so you have to cook it properly to keep it from becoming mushy.

A quick roast in the oven or slicing it thin and frying in the air fryer are the best ways.

What goes well with zucchini?

You can serve it as a side dish or an appetizer with a dip. I love a spicy ranch dressing but feel free to use any of these:

  • add a little garlic powder, cayenne pepper, or cumin to the flour mixture for an extra kick!
  • use olive oil if you need to. place it in a bottle for oil spraying like this one.
  • don’t have an air fryer, put a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry for a minute or two on each side until golden brown.
  • if you don’t have panko, feel free to use regular bread crumbs.

  1. Hello I’ve been planning on buying an air fryer for a couple of years but never had the opportunity to taste anything thats been actually cooked with one, my problem is that I’m very skeptic about it actually cooking the food that comes out looking and more importantly tasting like it’s actually been fried, I would like your opinion on this matter and also as to which brand in your opinion would be the easiest and best quality for a skeptic first time user. Thanks I am going to make your poultry seasoning

    1. Thanks for your question. I too was very skeptical about using an air fryer but I find it better than a toaster oven for sure. And way easier to use. I haven’t really tried a lot of main courses (steaks/burgers, etc) but I love it for quick snacks and veggie sides. SO much easier than roasting in the oven it it’s just for 2 people. I have a dash one (https://amzn.to/3lHZuoY) and love it. Had for 3 years now and never had a problem. Plus all the parts can go in the dishwasher. I like their brand and they have smaller size ones if you don’t need something that big. I have teen boys and they love it for nuggets/pizza rolls/fries/bagel bites etc. I hope you enjoy the poultry seasoning and happy holidays!

  2. These were amazing!! We enjoyed them watching football this past weekend and the guys all asked if i would make them again!

I have been making your zucchini chips like crazy. They came out so delicious and we served them with a little marinara! Delish!

  4. My air fryer is my favorite kitchen tool, and when I saw these zucchini chips, I had to make them. I served them with ranch, and we weren’t disappointed.
