Why You Need To Make This

- Amazing flavor: Creamy, cheesy, salty, smoky, tangy, juicy and fresh – this dip has it all!
Ingredients Needed
Cream cheese – I recommend full fat, low fat will make this dip extra soft.
Mayonnaise – I prefer Duke’s brand. It’s super creamy!
Sour cream – You can use all sour cream if you prefer. Substitute plain Greek yogurt.
Ranch seasoning – I use regular ranch seasoning, but spicy or fiesta is also a good option.
Bacon – I prefer thick cut, cooked until crispy.
Cheddar cheese – Or sub your favorite. I prefer a sharp cheddar.
Lettuce – I like a crisp romaine lettuce, but iceberg or spring mix will work too.
Diced Tomatoes – Roma tomatoes are the best. Or substitute cherry or grape tomatoes.
Green onions – I use these as garnish but they are totally optional.

Tapas Tips & Tricks
- This can be served immediately but is best refrigerated for a few hours first. This will help the dip set slightly.
- You can add diced onion, avocado or even diced jalapeños into the creamy mixture or use a garnish on top if you like.
- Bake this BLT Dip in an ovenproof dish at 350°F for 20 minutes and allow to cool slightly before serving. If baking this dip, do so after the second step of this recipe.
