Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip
I’ll never forget the year I brought this Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip to Thanksgiving…I didn’t even make it to the table before people crowded the kitchen digging in. It works great for Christmas too!
Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip
The holidays are here and the party season has officially begun! Let’s make a festive and delicious recipe that is the perfect holiday appetizer. Not only that, but it’s a great way to use up any leftover cranberry sauce you didn’t eat at Thanksgiving.
I love a creamy dip, one that is rich and full of flavor. The fresh feta cheese is creamy and when topped with tart cranberry sauce and chopped pistachios it makes a dip that everyone will ask for the recipe.
Serve it in a stand alone dish or make it the centerpiece of your holiday charcuterie board. Garnish it with extra pistachios and sprigs of fresh rosemary for an even more festive look!
This creamy whipped feta dip mixed with cranberry sauce and crunchy pistachios is sure to become your new favorite dip for the holiday season.

Ingredients Needed
Feta – Use a brick of feta cheese, not the pre-crumbled if you can find it.
Cream cheese – Softened cream cheese, full fat is best.
Cranberry sauce – Use whole cranberry sauce for best texture. Leftover sauce will work.
Pistachios – Roasted pistachios, lightly chopped.
Honey – Use your favorite local honey. Substitute maple syrup if needed.

How long does it last?
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Stir again before serving.
Can I freeze it?
With all the dairy in the dip, I don’t recommend freezing it. Cranberry whipped feta is best enjoyed right after assembling.
