Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, minus any dipping sauce, and gently combine.
Scoop or roll the meat mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. You can increase the size as you need them.
Preheat the air fryer to 375F and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket leaving some space between each of the, for air circulation.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. For larger size meatballs increase the cooking time to 10-12 minutes.
Remove and keep warm until serving. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce or dipping sauce.
Notes
Substitute ground turkey with a little ground pork or Italian sausage instead of ground beef.
Try the packaged meatloaf mix you find in the meat department for even easier prep.
Season regular breadcrumbs with italian seasoning or steak seasoning if you want to add more flavor.
Change up the size depending on how you are going to serve them.
Avoid crowding the air fryer so they cook evenly.
Not only are they great with your favorite marinara sauce, but any of your favorite dipping sauces.
