Equipment
4-Inch Mini Serving Tongs, Set of 4
Ingredients
15
phyllo cups
4
ounces
Brie
about half a standard round cut into 15 cubes
3
tablespoons
apricot preserves
Garnish with chopped pistachios
Instructions
Fill each cup with a piece of brie and a teaspoon of preserves.
Bake at 375 until warm and bubbly (about 15 minutes).
Garnish with chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
Notes
Don’t mess with phyllo dough and melted butter making cups, buy pre-made in the freezer section.
The phyllo cups will stay crispy if you keep the jam on top of the brie cheese.
You can make these with puff pastry but it’s a lot messier and takes more time.
A 1/2 teaspoon of apple jelly added with the apricot is great too!
