Ingredients

Dill Pickle Spears

Bacon
Ranch for dipping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Pat each pickle spear dry with a paper towel.
Wrap each spear with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick if needed.
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or one with a wire cooking rack.
Bake for 15-25 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bacon.
When done cooking, remove from the oven, remove toothpicks if necessary, and serve warm.
Enjoy ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Preheat your oven while you are wrapping the pickles.
Really pat the pickles dry to keep the bacon from sliding off.
Use center cut bacon for leaner cuts of bacon.
Secure the bacon with a toothpick to keep it from curling up when baking.
Cook on a wire rack to get the bacon as crispy as possible.
Serve immediately so the bacon stays crispy.
