Ingredients
8
ounces
Brie cheese
1/3
cup
raspberry jam
or favorite jam
¼
cup
chopped pecans
Fresh rosemary or thyme
Crackers
grapes, and bread slices for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F
Unwrap the round of brie and make a few little hash marks on the top of the brie.
Place in an oven safe baking dish. (If using a smaller dish, line with parchment paper so you can remove it to a larger serving tray)
Cover with the jam and chopped nuts. Place the fresh herbs around the cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until very soft in the center.
Remove and place on a serving tray.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve with crackers, grapes, apples, and bread slices.
Notes
If using a smaller dish, line with parchment paper so you can remove it to a larger serving tray.
Use a full wheel or smaller wedge of brie.
Bring the brie to room temperature before baking.
You can leave the top on the brie just cut hashmarks in the top with a sharp knife.
Wrap in a puff pastry sheet for more flavor and texture. Or substitute crescent roll dough.
