Ingredients

blue cheese
Roquefort, Gorgonzola, or Danablu
½
cup
Greek yogurt
plain
¼
cup
mayonnaise

tbsp
lemon juice

clove
garlic
minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder).
salt
black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mash half the blue cheese with a fork.
Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Gently mix in the remaining blue cheese crumbles.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix.
