Ingredients

large eggs
hard-boiled
1/8
cup
mayo
1/4
cup
hot sauce
2
tablespoons
blue cheese crumbles
2
tablespoons
celery
finely chopped
1/2
cup
chicken
cooked, chopped fine
celery leaves
thin sliced celery, blue cheese crumbles for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the eggs
Hard-boil your eggs and cool down.
Peel and cut each in half, removing the yolk to a separate bowl.
Save the whites for later.
Prepare the buffalo chicken filling
In the bowl with the yolks, mash the yolks.
Add the mayo, hot sauce, and half the blue cheese and celery.
Mix together to combine.
Fold in the shredded chicken until fully mixed.
Add to your piping bag or use a spoon to fill the egg white cavities.
Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and celery leaves if desired.
Serve cold!
