Ingredients

ounces
cream cheese
1/2
cup
whole fat ricotta
1
teaspoon
orange extract
1
teaspoon
orange zest
2
cups
powdered sugar
2
cups
mini chocolate chips
graham cracker sticks with cinnamon
Instructions
Mix together the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, orange zest, and orange extract.
Add the powdered sugar and mix to combine.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, roll the cannoli cheese ball in the mini chocolate chips to coat evenly.
Serve with graham cracker sticks or graham crackers.
Notes
If the ricotta has an excess of liquid, drain it over a strainer for at least a half an hour before mixing with the cream cheese.
