Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip
This
cranberry feta cheese dip
recipe is one of my favorite recipes for the holidays. A simple dip with a creamy texture and tart cranberries.

Ingredients
8
ounces
feta cheese
in the brine, brought to room temp
4
ounces
cream cheese
softened
½
cup
whole cranberry sauce
¼
cup
chopped pistachios
2
tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Drain the feta. To the bowl of a food processor, add the feta and cream cheese.
Pulse to combine them.
Add in ¼ cup of cranberry sauce and the honey.
Pulse to combine.
Remove from the food processor and spread on a serving platter or in a bowl.
Top with remaining cranberry sauce and chopped pistachios.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
Use high quality feta cheese, not pre-crumbled.
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature before mixing.
Save the brine to thin out the dip if too thick. Or use olive oil.
Garnish with orange zest for extra flavor.
Make it vegan with vegan cream cheese and vegan feta.
Spice it up with ref pepper flakes.
