Ingredients

grapefruit juice

fresh rosemary

For the large batch punch version:

grapefruit juice

rum

simple syrup

cup
fresh rosemary

club soda
Combine the grapefruit juice
rum, simple syrup, and rosemary.
Let sit for at least 2 hours to infuse.
When ready to serve
add ice and club soda, or an ice ring made from club soda.
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, rum, and rosemary.
Shake to combine and let sit for a few minutes for the rosemary to infuse.
Add ice to two glasses.
Strain the cocktail into the two glasses.
Top with club soda and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
