Homemade Buffalo Sauce
Homemade buffalo sauce
is rich and tangy with a little kick. Brought together in less than 5 minutes and so many uses, make a batch to keep in your fridge!

Ingredients

cup
Franks Red Hot Sauce
1
cup
butter
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a medium sized, microwave safe bowl, melt the butter.
Add in the Franks Red Hot sauce and stir to combine.
Stir in spices and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Notes
This recipe is mild. to get medium heat, add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper with the spices.
Some like to use a secret ingredient like white vinegar to make it more tangy, but I prefer to leave mine out.
Mix equal parts ranch dressing and buffalo sauce to make a delicious dressing for a salad.
Pour it on shredded chicken for quick sliders.
Mix in some blue cheese to get the full range of chicken wing flavors.
