1

½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
cajun seasoning
1
cup
mozzarella cheese
1
cup
sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F. Prepare a 9x9 dish with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream.
Stir in the seasoningings.
Fold in the broccoli and cheeses.
Spread into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until nice and bubbly.
Remove and serve warm with crackers, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
Notes
Thaw the broccoli if using frozen florets. For fresh, steam until crisp or fork tender.
Cut the broccoli into small pieces or evenly sized bites for easier mixing.
Add in diced red onion or bell peppers can bring extra flavor and color to the dish.
Try your favorite cheeses. Spice it up with pepper jack, parmesan cheese, or make it even creamier with Velveeta cheese.
Spice it up with some red pepper flakes or diced jalapeno peppers.
Don't leave out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Either keep warm in a slow cooker or refrigerate leftovers quickly.
