Ingredients
Boar's Head Hummus
I used the Roasted Garlic flavor
Fresh Grapes
Toasted Pine Nuts
Pita Bread
sliced into wedges
Toasted Pita Chips
Red Pepper Slices
Kalamata Olives
Sliced Cucumbers
Dried Apricots
Whipped Feta Mint Spread
For the Whipped Feta Mint Spread
8
ounces
feta cheese
3
ounces
whipped cream cheese
1
tablespoon
fresh mint
sliced thin
2
tablespoons
milk
Instructions
Make your whipped feta mint spread
Combine the feta cheese and whipped cream cheese in a food processor.
Puree until combined.
Add the milk and puree until smooth and fluffy.
Remove from processor and stir in the sliced mint.
Store in a bowl in the fridge until ready to serve.
Assemble all your ingredients and arrange on your board or serving platter.
Enjoy with friends and family!
