Equipment
6 Mini Tulip Jelly Jar with Glass Lids 6 Rings and 12 Clamps
Aluminum Commercial Half Sheet (2), Silver
Ingredients
1
container Stonefire mini naan dippers
7.05 oz
5
string cheese sticks
torn into strips and halved
1
can sliced black olives
2.25oz, drained
1
jar pizza/pasta sauce
14oz
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange the mini naan breads on a baking sheet.
Starting from wider part of the naan breads, lay the half strips of string cheese over breads in a zig-zag pattern.
Place two olives near the top of each naan for the eyes.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Serve with red sauce for dipping!
Notes
Add teeth, eyebrows, lips, etc by cutting up pieces of bell peppers, pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions.
If you can’t find the mini naan dippers, use full size naan and keep the string cheese strips whole to make large mummies!
You can also use a pre-cooked pizza crust and cut it into the shapes you want.
Can't find string cheese? Buy a block of mozzarella cheese and cut it into strips.
These are fun to make on English muffins too!
Try Pepper Jack cheese for more of a kick.
Use your favorite pizza or pasta sauce. I like a spicy marinara with mine!
You can also pick up some pre-made pizza dough, roll it out, cut into shapes, and bake before getting started.
