Ingredients

cups
Pepitas
hulled pumpkin seeds
1/3
cup
Avocado oil
or canola oil
2
tablespoons
Fresh Rosemary
chopped fine
1
teaspoon
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250F
Prepare the rosemary glaze
Combine the avocado oil, fresh rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Toss with the raw pepitas.
Spread out on a baking sheet.
Bake the rosemary pepitas
Bake at 250F for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
