Ingredients

pepitas
raw

tablespoons
olive oil
1
tablespoon
Southwest Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, silicone baking mat, or aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, combine the pepitas, olive oil, and seasoning.
Stir to evenly coat the pepitas.
Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the pepitas are toasty brown.
Remove from the oven when finished.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week if they last that long!
