Spicy Chex Mix
A classic snack mix is spiced up in this spicy Chex Mix. The combination of Chex cereal, cheesy crackers, and pretzels is perfect for snacking while you are cheering on your favorite sports team!

Ingredients
For the snack mix

pretzels

cups
cheddar fish crackers
2
cups
square cheddar cheese crackers
2
cups
rice Chex cereal
2
cups
oyster crackers
2
cups
almonds
chopped
For the sauce coating
6
tablespoons
butter
melted
1/4
cup
Worcestershire sauce
1/4
cup
Sriracha
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
tablespoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Combine all the pretzels, crackers, nuts, and cereal in a large bowl.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the melted butter, spices, Worcestershire sauce, and Sriracha. Stir to combine.
Pour the sauce over the cereal and cracker mixture.
Stir to combine and make sure that the crackers are all coated.
Spread on the prepared sheet pan. Be sure to spread into a single even layer.
Bake at 250F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Notes
Don't get hung up on the ingredients. Use your favorite.
Taste the sauce before pouring over crackers. Adjust the heat level to your liking.
Add more heat if you want an extra-bold Chex mix.
Substitute the butter for vegetable oil if needed.
If it seems greasy, spread the mix out on paper towels for a few minutes.
