Ingredients

ounces
feta cheese
drained
4
ounces
cream cheese
softened
2
cloves
garlic
4
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1
teaspoon
honey
1
sprig fresh rosemary
leaves removed

Instructions
Drain the feta if needed. To the bowl of a food processor, add the feta, cream cheese and garlic cloves. Pulse to combine them.
Add in the garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and rosemary. Pulse to mix.
Continue to pulse until light and fluffy. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, cracked black pepper, or green onions.
Serve with crackers, pita bread, or cut veggies. Enjoy!
Notes
Use the best quality olive oil and feta cheese you can get.
Be sure to bring the cheeses close to room temperature for better mixing.
Don't w ant to use cream cheese? Try sour cream or Greek Yogurt.
As the dip sits, it will thicken. Add in a drizzle of olive oil and stir before serving.
